Therapy & THC T-shirt
Therapy & THC speaks in quiet honesty. This tee holds the weight of late-night thoughts and the small rituals that steady them. Soft and light against the skin, it drapes a little longer so conversations — with friends, with yourself — can happen without tugging or fidgeting. The understated message blends compassion and defiance: a nod to coping, to relief, to the ways we make room for breath. Wear it on low-energy days, to group sessions, or out for a slow walk when the city feels too loud. It’s for people who carry both vulnerability and humor, who talk openly about mental health and personal coping tools.
